As our student numbers increase and we continue to diversify our programmes and portfolio, we are looking to recruit an Alumni Relations and Database Executive to join our Marketing team. Working on a permanent basis, you will adopt a hybrid working approach, spending 2-3 days per week at our London Moorgate campus. Our Alumni network is one of the largest legal groups in the UK with a community of over 97,000 across 155 countries. As our Alumni Relations and Database Executive there are two key strands to a very a varied role. Data Management; maintaining and developing the alumni database ensuring its accuracy and integrity at all times. Events; supporting and delivering a programme of speaker events and skills webinars for alumni overseeing event content development, organisation and promotion and evaluation. You will be super confident in data management and integrity and be equally comfortable planning, managing and attending events both in person and on-line. As our Alumni Relations and Database Executive, you will: Support the Senior Alumni Manager in the development and delivery of strategies and plans that help create strong relationships between the University and its alumni and that help the University achieve its strategic objectives Drive the development of alumni networks and partnerships through a variety of channels including a dedicated alumni platform, social media and the University’s marketing channels Coordinate events and reunions, developing a range of alumni benefits and services and making recommendations that develop alumni activity engagement Day-to-day management of the online alumni platform, tracking performance, refreshing content and communicating regularly with alumni through the Platform. Day-to-day management of the alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the alumni data Produce regular alumni e-newsletters and mailshots We are looking for people who are/have: Database/CRM/data management experience Relationship management Event organisation Ability to rationalise, organise and present data in a meaningful format for presentation to a wide group of stakeholders across the business Experience within the HE sector of fundraising/Alumni Relations would be desirable The closing date for applications is Friday 3rd May 2024.
