Ambitious Indirect Procurement Consultant responsibilities…

• Lead and support on various strategic public procurement projects through effectively understanding client requirements, assessing their needs from a procurement perspective and devising effective procurement strategy across the end-to-end procurement function within the Indirect Procurement space
• Provide effective procurement project delivery in terms of delivering savings where possible through utilising differing innovative levers and adding procurement value
• Undertake a variety of day-to-day strategic procurement activities, from procurement strategy creation and category management to negotiation and procurement project management

Ambitious Indirect Procurement Consultant requirements…

• Strategic experience across the end-to-end procurement function in relation to the Indirect Procurement space, with either specialised or generalist experience covering IT procurement, Professional Services procurement, FM procurement and / or Marketing procurement
• Past public procurement experience, ideally with exposure to Public Contract Regulations (PCR)
• Strong stakeholder relationship management abilities coupled with a great communication style to facilitate effective client management
