AMP8 Transformation Administration Coordinator
£11.08 per hour
Pity Me, Durham (Hybrid 3 days office - 2 days home)

This is a fixed term contract role working within the AMP8 Transformation team, providing an efficient administration service, ensuring our AMP8 transformation programme operates efficiently.
Carry out general administration for the AMP8 Transformation Team.
- Coordinate and process relevant invoices and purchase orders as required by the AMP8 Transformation Team
- Arrangement of induction activities for new Team starters (system access and introduction, meeting invites, "who is who" overviews)
- Arrangement of induction activities for new starters joining through our AMP8 supply chain
- Schedule and coordinate team meetings and events.
- General administration duties as directed by the AMP8 Transformation Management team
Carry out specialised administration and processing
- Working with workstream leads to update visual management boards.
Carry out online systems administration
- Support in managing digital document filing
- Tracking of team holidays and working locations
Experience
ESSENTIAL
- A minimum of 2-3 years general administrative experience
- Experience of managing multiple demands and prioritising effectively in a reactive environment.
- Experience of working in an environment where scheduling work and working to deadlines is the norm.
- Experience of liaising effectively with others inside and outside of a team and building excellent relationships.
USEFUL
- Working knowledge of Ariba system

ESSENTIAL
- Confident use of Microsoft Office packages to produce and use standard and ad hoc reports in Excel, to mail-merge and create letters and other documents in Word.
- Regular use of databases to progress work activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to exchange information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to acquire a good knowledge of systems and procedures.
- Takes opportunities to improve systems, self and service provided.
USEFUL
- Able to use Excel to a high standard to create spreadsheets of data, pivot tables, formulas etc.
