- Assisting with the managament of a 200 unit residential portfolio
- Involvement with the development team and some adhoc responsibilities
- Optimising asset income
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and other relevant parties when applicable
My client are looking for c.1-3 years' of experience ideally in asset management, or elsewhere perhaps a Senior Surveyor. A residential focus would be ideal, but a passion toward that aspect of the market essential.
