Overview
- Assess the feasibility and profitability of potential transactions
- Evaluate deal documentation and draft credit papers
- Present credit papers to Credit Committee on a weekly basis
- Manage the panel of approved lawyers, valuers and QSs, and instruct where appropriate
- Review legal documents and negotiate amendments.
- Identify and prioritize risks and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all requisite documents are prepared for review and loans are ready for timely draw-down.
- Continuously monitor loan performance and contribute to the monthly draw-down process.

Skills and experience
- Strong risk and credit analysis skills, ideally gained in Real Estate focused team
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to identify and address potential issues on facilities
The salary range for this position is £60,000 to £80,000 including bonus, depending on experience.
