I am supporting a fantastic utilities company based in the South West who are looking for a Support Engineer to join their team.
As a Support Engineer you will be working as part as a close knit team to ensure that critical applications and databases are working to optimisation. You will also provide database administration for platforms, triage and prioritise incidents, releases, and change requests, and escalate issues as necessary to adhere to service level agreements.
