Remote Appointment Setter

This is a commission-based position.

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to businesses provided on a list, aiming to book discovery calls with our senior team members.
• Follow up with business owners to establish rapport and strengthen connections.
• Perform research on businesses before initiating contact.
• Participate in training sessions to refine outreach strategies.
• Maintain open communication with our team to address any issues or questions that arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Sales / Appointment Setting role.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage in meaningful conversations without being pushy or aggressive.
• Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Familiarity or interest in the creative industry, art, design, and/or digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience with other outbound marketing techniques such as cold email or LinkedIn outreach is advantageous.
• Familiar with data driven solutions and lead list builders such as ZoomInfo and Clay.app is a bonus if interested in full-time opportunity.
