About this Role
Mayflower Community Academy are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed Apprentice Administrator to join dedicated team. This vacancy is being managed by Plymouth Argyle Community Trust; all shortlisted applications will be shared with the Partnership and Compliance Lead at PAFC.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the current Admin team to ensure the school runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, they will be required to provide a front of office service to parents, children, visitors and staff alike, assisting with office duties commensurate within the school environment, they will be required to use the school’s IT systems, answer the phones as well as supporting the Senior Leadership Team.
The candidate will be:
- IT literate
- Have good personal communication skills
- Team player
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum pass in both Maths and English
Training days will be once a month at Plymouth Argyle.
There may be the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship across the Learning Academies Trust, for the right candidate.
