FK are currently recruiting for an Apprentice to be based on site in Croydon, London, so if you live near to Croydon and are keen in starting an Apprenticeship in Construction please do not hesitate to contact me.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Assist the operations team across all administrative duties.
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Ensuring all documentation is correctly stored on the management systems.
- Implementing and maintaining best operating practice on the site.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
