TOPRA is the professional membership organisation for individuals working in healthcare regulatory affairs. We work with our members internationally to enable and promote excellence across the healthcare regulatory profession. We are a small, not-for-profit organisation focusing on the delivery of products and services of the highest quality to support our members and the wider profession. Our main office is based in Canary Wharf, London whilst our membership expands into Europe and further. We have ambition to further grow products and services, working as a talented team in conjunction with our volunteers.
As part of our professional development programme, we offer a level 7 apprentice programme linked to an MSc programme validated by a university partner. We are seeking an experienced and proactive compliance administrator to ensure effective, robust and rigorous quality assurance of the programme.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that TOPRA and our apprentices meet the requirements of the funding agency, inspection and our university validation partner. The role holder will support apprentices as they navigate through their programme, improving their journey and enable staff to follow the required processes. They will be responsible for identifying any potential issues, suggesting improvements and working with the director to agree implementation.
You will be responsible for the ILR updates and PDSAT checking. This includes ensuring that all apprentices are attending their courses and review calls and completing and recording their hours as required as well as ensuring that all paperwork is processed correctly and in good time. You will also be responsible for data management and analysis such as achievement/ retention rates and monitoring expected payments from ESFA.
The role holder will work within our professional development team, headed up by the director of professional development. They will report directly to the director and work alongside other team members to deliver an effective apprenticeship programme.
To be successful in this role, you will need experience in administering apprenticeship programmes in terms of compliance for ESfA, DfE and OFSTED. You will need to be able to manage and present data in a way that meets the needs of the user and expectations around integrity and compliance.
Our working pattern is hybrid, with attendance in the office expected for three days per week, including every Wednesday. You may also be expected to attend events across the UK and overseas.
