The vacancy
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Manager to join the charity, who will pay a key role in designing and shaping customer support within the DofE.
We are changing the way we support our Volunteers, Parents, and other external stakeholders, by creating and establishing a new team to answer inbound calls, emails, and online queries.
About you:
You will be an experience leader in customer service ideally within a service industry, with a good understanding of systems and processes for enquiry recording data.
You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute customer care strategies and the expertise to use data to drive decisions and identify improvements.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our stakeholders and the ability to identify, develop and implement improvements.
Previous experience recruiting motivating and leading team members with the finesse to remain calm and focused under pressure.
