The successful Area Sales Manager will be responsible for...

• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Housing Associations and Local Councils
• Achieving sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
• Reporting on sales results, market conditions, and competition data
• Identifying emerging markets and market shifts
• Training, coaching, and mentoring team members

Profile

The successful Area Sales Manager will need...

• Proven work experience in sales
• Experience ideally in lighting or technical sales
• Strong desire to pick up lighting further
• An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
• Solid customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills with a flair for public speaking
• An ability to build relationships with key clients
• A degree in Business Administration or related field
