WGG have been retained to recruit an experienced Area Sales Manager for a Asset Finance company based in North Westthey are growing at a rapid rate and looking to make a key hire. Ideal candidates will have Asset finance experience and written new business deals.

You will have a proven track record in Asset finance, Manufacturing and Engineering, you will have a hunter mentality and experience of writing deals average order value c£80k as well as finding business for their hard asset team.

You will need to be self-motivated individuals who will be expected to exceed an annual sales target, build relationships with dealers, customers, and other key industry contacts.

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate is to:

• Presenting my clients products to clients - This is a customer facing role so you will spend most of your time in the field seeing customers with the option to work from home where appropriate.
• Develop new business relationships and manage existing client portfolio.
• Compile credit write up’s, accessing a proposals risk to the business and negotiate approvals with underwriters.
• Manage your own diary, generate appointments an attend trade shows and networking events.

You will need to have the ability to travel to meet customers face to face, as well MS teams meetings.

Salary ranges from £40-60k. OTE £100k+
