Our client is looking for a strong administrator who is very analytical, able to deal with real time data and problem solve.
Ideally you will have some knowledge of mapping tools, Land Registry and Google Maps data.
Duties include
- Maintaining the purchase order system to ensure that suppliers receive purchase orders and subsequent invoices are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
- Using Land Registry and other mapping tools to determine land ownership and associated rights and responsibilities to provide advice that protects Company s interests.
- Manage team e-mail inbox and CRMs, ensuring responses are provided within corporate timescales and information is updated accurately.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are provided with accurate and timely information regarding new and ongoing projects.
- Work with signing and sealing team to ensure wayleaves, transfers and other land related documents are executed and processed in a timely manner.
- Work with housing and finance teams to ensure decant programs are carried out effectively and any Home loss and disturbance payments are paid promptly.
- Investigate, liaise with relevant parties and respond to land queries from internal and external customers e.g.: from solicitors, utility companies, private individuals.
- Analyse data and present stock and land information as requested by all relevant parties using land mapping or other business databases available.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
- Basic understanding of mapping tools and Land Registry, Google maps.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills and the ability to interrogate information and problem solve.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel, as well as the ability to build and operate spreadsheets and database to provide real time data.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence a wide range of individuals at all levels.
- Ability to work as part of a team, promote team working and share ideas, supporting other team members and their duties as required.
- Able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload effectively, working under own initiative while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solution focussed, positive can do, will do attitude, putting the customer at the heart of every interaction.
- Full driving licence and access to own transport or ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to attend meetings in locations not easily accessed by public transport.
