Duties will include:
- Allocation of bank transactions
- Maintaining the cash flow
- Assist in the development of paperless AP invoices
- Assist with automation of customer invoicing
- Developing and maintaining the new AP system
- Maintaining and reconciling prepaid cash cards
- Bank reconciliations and dealing with customer and supplier queries
- Ad hoc reports as required
The Person:
- Good knowledge of Sage products
- Strong understanding of MS Excel
- Organised and diligent
- Excellent communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
