Description
- Manage daily transactions, including expenses, income, and payroll.
- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and readily available when needed.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Assist with financial audits, and coordinate with other departments to gather necessary information.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in budgeting and financial planning.
- Participate in financial projects and collaborate with team members.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns.
- AR duties
- Posting to SAP (important)
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant might have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in Excel.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- SAP experience is needed
