Assistant Accountant

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 DOE

Active Pathways are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant/financial assistant to join the Central Team based in Chorley. The Assistant Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting financial operations within our growing business. You will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing monthly management accounts, analysing financial data, supporting teams across the business and ensuring adherence to budgetary controls.

Our ideal Assistant Accountant will :

• Be AAT Level 3 or above, or qualified by experience
• Have experience in the healthcare sector
• Have good working knowledge of Xero
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel – formulae, data analysis, lookups, pivot tables and conditional formatting
