A tech company based in Oxford is looking for some temp support,
Your new role
- processing of bi-monthly payment runs including, processing of invoices, matching POs, management of supplier relationships and the finance mailbox.
- Payment runs
- Monitoring Finance Mailbox
- Recording any invoices received, reconciling supplier statements, managing supplier requests and forwarding emails on to responsible individual
- Financial information - Assisting the finance team by collecting and preparing financial information for internal and external reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- AAT desireable
- Previous experience of working in a finance team
- Highly organised
- Good communicator
- Experience of using a variety of finance systems
- A reliable finance professional who can solve problems quickly
What you'll get in return
- £40K Full time equivalent
- 2-3 days a week Part time
- 4 months duration of a temp contract
- Hybrid working ( 1 day in office )
