Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to optimise financial efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and insights for decision-making.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Profile
- AAT level 3 qualified.
- Previous experience in an accounting role preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
