Cobalt have partnered with a unique and successful Property management company based in Central London, who are looking for an experienced Assistant Block manager with leasehold property knowledge to join the department and assist in managing a small portfolio.

​

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with leaseholders and answering queries

• Assisting with organising reactive maintenance works by working with contractors

• Helping the Property Managers prepare budgets for the buildings

• Assisting with compliance and risk assessments

• Attending AGM's and minute taking

• Uploading information to the company system (Cube)

• Preparing company documents for distribution

• Assisting with general office administration where needed
