Excellent opportunity to join a well-known property consultancy and chartered surveyors with offices across East Anglia. You will be joining an organisation with an excellent reputation and track record within Commercial Agency. You will be joining an experienced team who will provide support and guidance and you will benefit from working with an existing client base from the outset.
Your new role
As the Assistant Agency Surveyor, you will work within a busy commercial property team. You will be involved in sales and lettings of commercial property as well as professional matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals. As this is a training role, you will also be provided with support to gain further qualifications which will include options to become a chartered surveyor.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you should have previous experience within property and good sales acumen. A degree level qualification is preferred. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to work. You should live within commutable distance of central Essex. A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
