We're working with a fantastic FTSE 250 Financial services business, specifically focused in Wealth Management, asset management, financial planning and more.
They're now looking to add an Assistant CoSec to their close-knit team. You will bring previous listed experience, covering share schemes and stock exchange work. Experience managing subsidiary companies, across the UK bonus if you have Global experience here.
You will report directly to the Deputy CoSec, covering a broad CoSec role, you will work on multiple areas of corporate governance.
