Job Title: Assistant Director of Butler – Luxury Hotel - London

Salary: Up to £55,000 + service charge

Location: London

I am on the lookout for an Assistant Director of Butlers to join this Luxury Hotel in London.
As Assistant Director you will oversee and ensure that the butlers deliver a 5 star service an ensure that they deliver a truly memorable experience for the guest

About the position

• Work closely with all departments including housekeeping and in-room dining
• Deliver a 5 star service
• Ensure that all requests are looked after
• Anticipate the guests’ needs
• Go above and beyond
• Understand the how other 5 star hotels operate in London

The successful candidate

• At least 3 years’ previous experience in Luxury Hotels
• Impeccable level of customer service skills
• A strong knowledge of fine dining
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Have impeccable manners
