An established business that are going through lots of exciting change are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to cover a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity for anyone that is immediately available and that enjoys a varied role encompassing management accounts, payroll, VAT returns, improving processes, analysis, balance sheet reconcilations and managing a team of 7 part-time accounts support staff.
Your new role
This position is reporting to the Group Financial Controller. You will be expected to produce management accounts, accruals and pre-payments, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, VAT returns, forecasting, improving processes, giving stakeholders insight into financials in easy to understand language, reporting, covering the payroll and managing a team of 7 reports.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be a minimum of AAT qualified, happy working on-site, have experience of all of the above and available on short notice as this position will be starting on 5th February.
