I am seeking a HR Advisor to join my clients team on a 6-month fixed term contract. As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for leading employee absence and low-level ER cases. You will be required to work in the office on a daily basis.
**Please not there is limited Parking on site**
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead employee absence management and low-level ER cases.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor role.
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
