Location: Swindon. Hybrid working available - note that the successful candidates must be in the office every Wednesday and be available to attend the office on an ad-hoc basis.
Pay rate (Assignment rate): £34.03 per hour
Contract Length: 3-Months
Shift Pattern: 37 hours per week
Requirements for the Assistant HR Business Partner role:
- Must have experience managing restructures, complex casework & TUPE candidates must be able to work in the office every Wednesday & have flexibility to be onsite as & when required for face to face meetings
- An experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to work on employee relations case management
