Description
- Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives
- Collaborate with management to understand HR needs and devise effective plans
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR practices and company policies
- Foster a positive working environment by resolving conflicts and issues
- Manage recruitment and selection process to attract quality candidates
- Promote company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
- Line Manage a small HR Advisory Team
- Support the Head of HR with any Restructuring and Change Management Projects
- Act as the escalation point for complex ER cases
- Maintain employee records in compliance with company and legal requirements
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies
Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience of Line Management responsibility
- Strong understanding of HR functions and procedures
- Excellent ability to develop HR strategies aligning with company objectives
- Experience of supporting Restructuring and Change Management Projects
- Outstanding leadership and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrable complex ER experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues
- Desirable Health/Social care industry experience
