- Line Manage a small HR Advisory Team
- Support the Head of HR with any Restructuring and Change Management Projects

Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience of Line Management responsibility
- Strong understanding of HR functions and procedures
- Excellent ability to develop HR strategies aligning with company objectives
- Experience of supporting Restructuring and Change Management Projects
- Outstanding leadership and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrable complex ER experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive issues
- Desirable Health/Social care industry experience
