As an employee you'll be part of a continually growing organization working alongside exceptional colleagues and strategic partners worldwide contributing to global health initiatives. Moderna's commitment to advancing the technological frontier of mRNA medicines ensures a challenging and rewarding career experience with the potential to make a significant impact on patients' lives worldwide.
Moderna's strategic partnership with the UK Government is exemplified by our innovative presence at Harwell. Our mission is to establish a leading-edge research development and manufacturing facility part of a long-term commitment to onshore mRNA vaccine production for respiratory diseases. Actively participate in both the manufacturing and country leadership teams, playing a significant role in guiding the development of workplace culture and talent management strategies.
Take the lead in the initiation phase of our new manufacturing facility in Harwell. Your role will involve designing and implementing foundational HR policies, procedures, and shift patterns, while fostering an engaging and inclusive work environment for all staff.

Act as a champion of Moderna’s culture, working to ensure that the employment environment at the UK site is in harmony with the global standards set across Moderna’s network of offices and manufacturing sites.
Within 12 Months, You Will…
Engage in talent management planning and strategic talent development, ensuring that Moderna is equipped with the right talent for its growth and supporting their professional advancement within the organization.

Oversee and enhance system workflows and communication processes across key functional areas, ensuring efficient and seamless execution of HR operations and strategic initiatives.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years progressive Human Resources experience required.
Prior experience working in the technology, biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Experience with local employment and labor laws relevant to the jurisdiction(s) which have oversight to our facility.
