You will be required to identify the business needs of the service area through the HR Business Partner Teams and to contribute to the employee relations strategy for their service area, whilst ensuring it is compatible with Trust-wide vision, strategy, pressures and workforce plans. You will already hold your level 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent) and be looking to gain further skills, knowledge and experience of working in a busy HR Business Partner team. This is a cross-site role, working at both the Bedford and Luton & Dunstable Hospital sites.
