As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
- Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.
- Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
- Take ownership of organisational design within your business areas.
Profile
As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:
- CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Strong Business Partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to influence and drive change
- Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
- Excellent Stakeholders Management
