Assistant Management Accountant

We are seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the FMCG industry whilst also studying towards a further accountancy qualification.

Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Partake in annual budgeting and forecasting
• Use Sage Line 50 for day-to-day accounting tasks
• Support the team with ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Comply with FMCG industry standards and regulations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

• A strong interest in the FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Sage Line 50
• A thorough understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills
• Strong communication abilities
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
