Working in the Head Office in Corby, this company currently manages the accounts for seven different sites with another joining in the near future.
This will almost double their turnover so they are looking at recruiting now for the team.
We have recruited for the Financial Controller numerous times over the years and they will be an amazing mentor.
Day to day, the outline is listed below but you will find as your experience grows and the business continues to expand it will enable you to gain more experience and step up into a more senior role.
Responsibilities;
- Period end tasks including but not limited to accruals and journals
- Fixed Asset Register Management including monthly depreciation journal
- Balance sheet recs
- VAT return preparation
- Prepare inter-co invoicing
- Currency Rate updates
- Support management and financial accountant in their duties
