This role is permanent but subject to funding.
What will the role look like?
The purpose of this role is to assist with management and supervision of the Barca-Leeds teams within Forward Leeds and ensure that they are performing at a high standard, in line with the contract requirements. This includes all Focussed Intervention Teams, Family Plus, Training and Early Help Hub teams.
The individual is required to ensure that the Teams deliver excellent services with a focus on performance outcomes and outputs, risk management and safeguarding. They will also represent Barca and Forward Leeds at partnership and organisational operational and team meetings.
What we are looking for?
The individual will take responsibility in contributing to the overall service delivery within Forward Leeds and represent BARCA-Leeds within the consortia.
We are looking for someone with in depth knowledge of alcohol and drug related issues and the harms and risks associated with them for adults, children and young people and families. The individual will have experience in leading a team as well as working with a caseload of clients.
