Cardinal Wiseman Catholic School wishes to appoint an exceptional practitioner with the ability to inspire, motivate and support students and staff. This role will suit an ambitious individual who wishes to aspire in leadership in Catholic Education.
We have recently been awarded 'Good' in our last Ofsted Inspection and senior leaders have established an ambitious, knowledge-rich curriculum where students experience the very best knowledge in teaching.
This leadership role will focus on our strategy for Vocational Education and lead on the vocational qualifications we offer including acting as Quality Nominee.

The successful candidate will:
* Demonstrate successful middle management experience in a secondary school.

* Be an excellent communicator with a welcoming manner and calm disposition.
