You will get involved with Property Inspections & Maintenance ensuring compliance and regulations are met whilst arranging contractors to carry out necessary repairs. Exceptional customer service skills are required to keep strong relations with Clients / Landlords / Tenants as well as handling any complaints effectively and politely. You will have great exposure to all aspects other of Property Management to make a smooth transition in the future with this company!
Salary starts at £25,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) and this will be an office based role initially but will turn into a hybrid role after probation and training.
As part of the training scheme when you become a Property Manager, you will be given the opportunity to complete your first two exams of your IRPMs paid for by the company! This will also lead to quite a significant pay-rise after completion! If you have already completed some levels - this can lead to a higher starting salary.
