Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £30,000 per annum plus bonus and other Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Warrington, WA3 6FW

What you'll be doing;

• Provide support to our Industrial, Water and Energy Commercial Division for the South.
• Analyse sub-contractor weekly and monthly applications for payment, in liaison with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors
• Reviewing of daily contract data
• Preparation of contract submissions
• Preparation of contract variations and related quotes/notifications in liaison with Commercial Managers and Quantity Surveyors
• Purchase order administration
• General clerical administration to support the Commercial Contract Management team

What we're looking for;

• Previous experience within a Quantity Surveyor Assistant / administrative role
• Must be IT literate and able to adapt to use Veolia internal IT systems
• Must be competent in the use of all Microsoft and Google software packages
• Full UK driving licence and transport as you may be required to travel to other sites when needed
