Assistant Quantity Surveyor
· This will be working for a 5 star HBF residential developer, who specialise in high-end developments, ranging in size from 20 units – 100 units. Projects are based in the South East London and Kent areas with an emphasis on good quality products.
· With over 60 years experience in business, they’re currently building 600 + homes a year ranging from detached homes, semi detached, townhouses, mews houses and apartments.
Responsibilities:
· Become a Site Problem-Solver: Collaborate with our site agents to tackle challenges head-on and ensure smooth project flow.
· Eagle Eye for Detail: You'll be the invoice watchdog, ensuring everything aligns with orders and national agreements.
· Master of Schedules: Craft clear and user-friendly schedules that keep everyone on the same page.
· Tendering Ninja: Prepare and send tender documents, analyze proposals, and recommend the best subcontractors and suppliers – your research skills will shine!
· Negotiation Pro: Secure the best deals for the company through effective negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers. There's room to hone your negotiation skills here!
· Data Whiz: Prepare valuations and payments, ensuring all documentation is accurate and authorized.
· Meetings & Teamwork: Be part of collaborative subcontractor and site meetings, contributing your valuable insights.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Windows & Excel is a must, and you'll learn industry-specific software along the way.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
