Assistant Site Manager

Our client, a blue chip, specialist main contractor in the Industrial, Retail and Commercial new build sector, are looking to engage with a Assistant Site Manager to initially manage projects valuing up to £25m.
 
As an Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager, you will be working alongside another Site Manager / Project Manager ensuring a successful build delivery that adheres to a high standard of working practice and safety. The client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual who has some prior experience in the construction industry, with strong timekeeping skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively. In addition to these requirements, our client would need the individual to be .I.T literate and have the capacity to learn new skills every day.
