Our client, a global insurance brokerage, is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join their team.
About the role:
- Provide outstanding customer service and develop relationships to understand clients' benefit requirements
- Provide advice on insurers services, coverage and pricing
- Review service dissatisfaction and undertake any changes required
- Oversee delivery of claims and underwriting activity
- Ensure renewal timelines are met
- Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met
About you:
- Experience in a benefit broking/consulting environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
- Critical thinker and able to communicate complex issues
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Proactive and takes accountability for understanding and exceeding client expectations
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
