The Role
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving national Corporate Finance firm that advises multinationals and SMEs on a variety of strategic situations including M&A, debt advisory and transaction services. The Associate will be responsible for executing a range of financial transactions and providing strategic advice to clients.
The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with experience at an audit/accounting practice, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual, who is seeking a long-term career in Corporate Finance. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will also ideally have exposure to deals, M&A and/or transaction advisory.
