Proclinical is collaborating with a medical communications organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their team. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in London. The opening position that is currently available is for an Associate Director to join our Consumer Health team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategic earned media campaigns that meet clients' objectives.
- Oversee the account, providing strategy and guidance.
- Manage high profile consumer campaign launches and conduct research projects.
- Coordinate actions, managing both up and down to ensure high standards of work to deadlines.
- Embed strategy and insight throughout, and understand the broader environment and implications for the team and account.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Expertise in Consumer Health/wellbeing communication.
- Proficiency in developing strategic plans that meet clients' objectives.
- Skill in developing media stories and strategies that generate key message rich coverage in Consumer Health and lifestyle media.
- Experience developing content for consumer audiences, including media materials.
- Ability to forge strong client relationships and earn their trust.
- Experience in managing high-performing teams to deliver excellence.
- Experience supporting the leadership team across all areas of the business.
- Experience developing and delivering new business pitches.
- Experience in budgeting, managing account finances, and team resourcing.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
