Job Title: Associate Director of Healthcare PR

About the Role:
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the healthcare PR division. Your responsibilities will include managing key client relationships, developing and executing impactful PR campaigns, and providing strategic counsel to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee healthcare PR campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall company strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide strategic counsel, leveraging your expertise to navigate complex issues and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated communication solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in healthcare public relations, with a track record of successfully managing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the global healthcare landscape, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and healthcare services.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
