What is your role?
Your role will extend beyond Property Management, as you will provide vital information to the management team, empowering them to make informed decisions and carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction and driving our success.
Qualifications and Skills:
MIRCS Qualification: Your certification as a MIRCS professional demonstrates your commitment to excellence.
Market Insight: While not essential, your knowledge of The North-East region is a valuable asset. It allows you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Client Relationship Building: You have a knack for building strong client relationships and the ability to connect with clients and create opportunities is a valuable asset.
Team Player and Leader: You're not just an individual contributor; you're a team player. This is a small but growing team with a lot of potential.
