Associate Director | Strategic Insights Agency

This boutique Strategic Insights Agency looking for a quantitative or mixed-methods Associate Director to join their team in Leeds or Dublin!

They are an integrated qual/quant agency, combining a range of traditional and innovative techniques to best deliver insight for their clients. Focusing mainly on consumer research, they work with some of the biggest names in the FMCG, retail, hospitality and financial services sectors.

Using your quantitative or mixed-methodology skill set, you will lead research projects from proposal writing and methodology design through to delivery. These projects will take a variety of forms, from brand tracking, to U&As, segmentations and NPD. Plus, my client works via a 9-day fortnight policy, meaning you get every other Friday off!

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience working in an agency or on the clientside.
• Very strong quantitative research experience.
• Experience in proposal writing / business development.
