Salary: Up to 60,000 per annum + 10% potential bonus
Are you an experienced professional in the medical field looking for a non-clinical role with a focus on practice management? We are currently working alongside a prestigious Dermatology Clinic in Marylebone to find a dedicated Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Non-clinical role with no NMC registration requiredPrivate sector experience is crucialRegular working hours (Mon to Fri), with occasional overtime expectedOversight of clinic operations with support from a Deputy ManagerMaintain and improve CQC and Mystery Patient scoresContribute to the achievement of yearly KPIs for a potential 10% bonusEnsure the clinic's success continues after its best-ever month in Nov '23
