SalaryWe are currently seeking a dynamic Employment Solicitor to join the team of a prominent corporate law firm with offices in Galway, presenting an exciting career opportunity.
In representing a diverse mix of Irish, international, private, and public sector clients, our Employment Team provides comprehensive advice across all facets of employment law. This involves close collaboration with other specialized units within the firm to deliver coordinated legal counsel in areas such as tax, corporate matters, data privacy, and various regulatory fields.
The successful candidate will become an integral part of a busy team, gaining valuable experience across the spectrum of employment law.
Background and Experience:
We welcome applications from solicitors with 2-4 years of experience in employment law, gained in a leading Irish or international corporate law firm.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, procedures, and contracts for services.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive engagement approach towards clients and colleagues.
- A practical and commercial understanding of clients' needs.
- Exceptional technical and drafting skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- Strong work ethic and a flexible approach to work.
