This exciting opportunity is to work within our hugely successful and high-performing team in Liverpool, situated in the heart of the city! With a well-established and experienced team across the office, ranging from Recruitment Consultant to Director Level. As a specialist Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to manage your own business area, delivering first-class recruitment services to your customers.

Part of a team who are driven to work hard but know when to have fun!Business Development / Sales - to identify and secure new business and build and develop relationships with clients. Identifying and building partnerships with candidates.Providing outstanding service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships with both your clients and candidates. Sourcing new candidates and conducting thorough interviews. Generating commercial leads to further develop your industry knowledge and to identify new opportunities and/or candidates.Handling the full recruitment process - from shortlisting through to offering the successful candidate their new job
