Our client is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Solicitor with a strong background in leasehold law, particularly in enfranchisement, lease extension, and related areas, to join their esteemed team of legal professionals. - Take the lead in providing accurate and up-to-date legal advice to clients, with a focus on leasehold matters, including collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right to manage, and more.
- Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors, providing guidance and support in their professional development and caseload management.
- Assume responsibility, with the guidance of the Partner, for key business development initiatives, contributing to the expansion and growth of the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified Solicitor in England or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
