Attendance Officer required in Croydon

£13 - £17 per hour

Empowering learning are currently looking for an enthusiastic Attendance Officer to work full-time at a fantastic secondary school in Croydon

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, during term time only.

About the role

Our Attendance Officer duties can include:

• Monitoring attendance, liaising with teachers for absences
• Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks
• Contacting parents regarding attendance
• To liaise with the Duty Teacher in order to track missing registers and students who are missing from lessons

The ideal applicant will have

• Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.
• A real passion for working within an education environment.
• Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
• School Admin experience in a similar role (minimum 3 months experience)
