Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop comprehensive audit plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Perform detailed testing of financial data, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
- Analyse audit findings, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional service at every stage of the engagement.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- ACA or ACCA qualification, or actively pursuing certification (part-qualified).
- Previous experience in practice accountancy, with a focus on audit engagements.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
